This area is temporarily under maintenance, however you can check out all the new and old artists by accessing the bands section
Band-It Magazine is the textual media advocate and outlet for underexposed, local, and unsigned bands/artists; and the venues, fans, record stores, and local scenes that support them. It is our goal to accurately and in-depthly represent the underexposed music that gets little credit and little coverage.
Several publications attempt to throw in underexposed music as an afterthought. Their content generally covers a larger entertainment base, spanning into topics well beyond the scope of music. Still, others attempt to cover music as a central topic within their publication but do so with a strategy of pushing mainstream top chart artists to the front and then dropping in underexposed music into the empty spaces. It is our belief that there is a specific need and niche for a publication that solely dedicates itself to the underexposed, to the unseen, the unheard music that occurs across the nation.
Potential fan-bases, music fans, and unsuspecting music-mongers between the ages of 16 and 25 remain the majority of those participating in, searching for, and listening to the underexposed. However, the very nature of the music being widely unknown creates a definitive gap between fan base and artist. Our strategy is to span that gap with our publication in combination with our website. Publications near and far provide their content in an effective means through Print, and still others do so via the internet. However, there are few if any who have found a method by which to marry the two into a viable and enjoyable experience for the reader. Print media works within the boundaries of a one-way stream. Information is pushed at the reader, but very little is available for the reader to push back. Music is a culturally and socially engaging experience and therefore so should be the media that covers it.
By providing an effective site that coincides with the magazine in presenting content, allowing reader feedback, input, and interaction; Band-It Magazine can reach beyond its pages and create an intricate musical community within the content it covers.

As it stands currently, our projected readership base for our print issues are confined to college students. With school being out for the summer it seems rather unwise to put out a print issue this summer with there being little or no prospects of a large readership.
We now have two NEW songs up guys. Well new as in just put up here, we made them back in 06
